Course Overview
The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the Scrum Team. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements to the Scrum Team, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met. The Product Owner must always maintain a dual view. He or she must understand and support the needs and interests of all stakeholders, while also understanding the needs and workings of the Scrum Team. Our learners will be awarded the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®) certificate by SCRUMstudy™ upon successfully passing the certification exam. The exam comprises of 140 questions expected to be completed in 180 minutes.
Course Strategy
This course looks to provide Learners with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework’s philosophy and principles. The course will also provide practical knowledge of Scrum from a Product Owner’s perspective—including roles, meetings, and artifacts.

- Learners will be familiar with the concepts, advantages, and challenges of the Scrum framework.
- Learners will be adept in handling the business aspects of the Scrum framework and stakeholder engagement.
