Course Overview
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB™) course focuses on providing learners with an understanding of the various Six Sigma and Lean tools and techniques useful to improve the production process and minimize defects in the end product with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tools and techniques in the organization. Learners are expected to take and pass an exam that comprises of 100 questions with a completion time-box of 120 minutes.
Course Strategy
This course looks to equip Learners with a standardized approach to problem-solving for the purpose of identifying and eliminating non-value-adding activities in an organization’s business process end-to-end.
